Ordered from East Village through Deliveroo. Half the order didn’t arrive (Deliveroo did an immediate refund). The pizza was disgusting. Undercooked and cold. Even after a time in the oven the pizza dough was heavy tasteless and frankly not pleasant to eat. I’m so disappointed, many years ago I used to order from Firezza and they were truly excellent. What a fall from grace…

Islington Branch - dreadful! DO NOT USE. It was my son's 13th birthday yesterday and we ordered Firezza pizzas in for us all. We ordered four 10inch pizzas - TINY!! These should be described as PIZZETTAs - they are rectangular in size, 4 inches long and would only serve a small child. The bases were biscuit thin and the toppings equally so.
Furthermore, two of the pizzas we had ordered were Bufalina - so premium pizzas with buffalo mozzerella - but the buffalo mozzerella was missing on both. A cheap supermarket pizza cooked at home would have been tastier.
We phoned Firezza Islington branch to complain and ask for replacement Bufalinas to be sent out but whilst they admitted their mistake, they could do nothing! We had to complain via Deliveroo and ultimately we received a partial refund but our son's 13th birthday dinner had been pretty much ruined.
Even if we had received the correct pizzas though, the sizing is way too small for a premium product!
We will never use them again.

Order never delievered and money still taken
Ordered online Friday from Tunbridge Wells store and it never turned up. It been 3 days and the resturstant do not pick up the phone. Try customer services head office number and all I got was "write me a email" from someone who didn't sound like they cared.

Online Thieves
I placed an online order from the Streatham branch. To my dismay I didn't receive a confirmation! I checked my account, the money had been taken straight away! I rang the restaurant and Spoke to Pablo, he assured me I would receive a refund in 2 hours (1st lie)! I rang next day complaining I hadn’t received a refund! I phoned two more times Pablo just made feeble excuses why I’m not getting a refund! He basically passed the buck every time and would not take ownership of the issue in hand! I was annoyed at this point and he then told me he doesn’t fu..ing care what I do, as I said I would escalate this matter! Please don’t trust this company as they are irresponsible and don’t care about their customers!

Don't give a fig about customer service
The last couple of times we've used Firezza the food was horribly late. The last time, their website said it would be an hour, and it was 40 minutes late from the estimated delivery time. It took 3 phone calls before the food was eventually delivered, and one of our pizzas was undercooked. Previously it has been delivered burned black.
What's worse is that they don't bother responding to customer complaints. I have written to them about my latest experience and not even a "sorry, here's a voucher".
During my conversations whilst trying to track down my food I was told that all the staff had left and gone elsewhere. If this is how they treat their customers, I dread to think how they treat their staff.

Horrible service
Horrible service, for the past three orders after placing the order, they call you to let you know they are out of potatoes. That's just ridiculous!
Also the food lacks consistency.
I do not recommend it and won't worder again.
Fantastic service and great tasing pizzas!
I always receive a fantastic service from the team at Firezza and their pizzas are fab! Highly recommended!

Absolutely awful!
I have been ordering from them for about 7yrs… mishaps here and there but last night was the final nail in the coffin!
Ordered pizza gluten free - not by choice but I get seriously ill - half hour after the delivery should have arrived I called them and the woman “Pet or Pat.., probably a fake name, said ‘oh we are out of gluten free pizzas but we will send two pizzas now’. I did not want pizzas I cannot eat!! She went on to say they called me, which was a complete lie!!!! - I had no missed call calls!! and she kept laughing condescendingly on the phone to her colleagues in the background!!! Absolutely rude!!!
After a heated argument she said they will send the pizzas - suddenly they had gluten free again?!?! Needless to say I would not trust them to send gluten free, neither for them not to spit on it or anything horrible like that! After arguing with them…
Nevertheless, I had NO pizza and paid over £30 which I will not get back for about 5 days!!!! So they will take your money, NOT deliver and keep your money for a week!!! It is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! On top of that they will make fun of you on the phone! Laughing at you! After 7 years, I will NEVER EVER order again from firezza! And wait for my refund in days to come?!?! Absolutely disgusting! Disgusting disgusting behaviour! Especially the woman on the phone!! You are an awful human being!

terrible service - they steal your money
awful awful awful ! ! ! I have been a firezza customer for over 10 years cause I must say I love their pizza (I am Italian so I recognise a good pizza). However, in the past 2 years they have been messing up a lot with orders. Recently I had a very bad customer service experience and I was offered a full refund of my order because of the lack of service. I just checked my account and noticed my refund still has to be sent after 15 days!!! That's just ridiculous! Despite I like their pizza, they are not worth it!!

Inconsistent food quality and shocking…
Inconsistent food quality and shocking customer service. Last delivery was cold and the base so tough it was inedible. When I called -10 mins after delivery was received, the managers response was “ what do you want me to do about it”. Will be taking this further.

What's gone wrong, Firezza?
Firezza used to be great and I used to be a loyal customer, but over the years it has steadily declined. Quality can be inconsistent and customer service is appalling. I don't know what's happened but the slew of bad reviews on here just shows how little the actually care about what's going on.
